Our mission
Human support,
amplified by technology.
We combine the best of human support — dedicated caseworkers who know their participants as individuals — with technology that removes friction from the job search. The result is faster, better employment outcomes for people who have historically been left behind.
We are set up as a Community Interest Company, not a charity. Any surplus we make is reinvested directly into expanding our service — and it is always free to the people we support.

We focus on long-term employment, not quick placements. We follow up for 26 weeks after job start.

AI is always transparent and human-reviewed. Participants know when AI is being used and can opt out.
