Rothschild & Co is a leading independent financial advisory firm operating across more than 40 countries with around 1,500 advisers globally. This six-month placement offers exposure to their Global Advisory division, which specialises in M&A, strategic advisory, debt solutions, and restructuring support for major corporations, governments, and institutional clients.
What you’ll do
- Support debt advisory work including market access, financing structuring, and negotiation of optimal terms across various debt products
- Assist with restructuring projects, including balance sheet recapitalisations and complex financial reset strategies
- Contribute to high-value transactions across leverage finance, infrastructure, real estate, and structured finance
- Collaborate with M&A and restructuring teams to deliver integrated advisory on major transformation assignments
- Research and analyse capital provider strategies and market performance to inform client recommendations
Eligibility
- Early-career professional with strong interest in financial advisory, debt markets, or restructuring
- Academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred
- Ability to relocate to Dubai for the six-month placement period (September or October 2026 start)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work on complex, high-stakes transactions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage with senior advisers and global clients
