Gartner is a leading research and advisory firm seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to nurture high-value inbound enquiries. You'll work with senior-level prospects to understand their strategic priorities and buying requirements, then handover qualified opportunities to the sales team to drive growth.
What you’ll do
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from Gartner's website and assess their fit and intent
- Conduct discovery calls and email conversations with director-level contacts to map business needs, initiatives, and decision-making processes
- Support the creation of tailored recommendations and business cases that move deals forward
- Use campaign management tools to run targeted outreach and gather prospect intelligence
- Transition qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive context to ensure smooth handoffs
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Experience in lead qualification, sales development, or similar customer-facing sales support role
- Proficiency with email and phone outreach, CRM platforms, and campaign management tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritise inbound volume, and meet qualification targets
