What you’ll do
- Complete interactive tasks based on real scenarios faced by junior lawyers at the firm
- Draft key commercial documents such as Letters of Intent in M&A transactions
- Review and identify risks in legal agreements like Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Support clients through complex multi-jurisdictional acquisition deals
- Explore how the firm advises on emerging sectors including health tech and AI

- Willingness to engage with realistic legal tasks and scenarios
