What you’ll do
- Process and assess householder and related planning applications
- Provide planning advice to residents, developers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with Development Management colleagues to meet service delivery targets
- Contribute to achieving corporate and service planning objectives
- Build knowledge of planning legislation and statutory processes through practical application
Eligibility
- Graduate qualification in a planning-related discipline
- Knowledge of planning legislation and Development Management processes
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work methodically through complex applications
- Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
