You'll join the Royalties & Finance department in one of four graduate-style roles, working across Central or Label finance teams to support operations, reporting, and strategic projects whilst gaining insight into how a major music company manages its financial and contractual ecosystems.
What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day finance and royalties operations, including artist contract administration and performance tracking
- Assist in consolidating and submitting group financial results to the parent organisation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Global Finance teams to understand how financial and contractual data moves through the business
- Contribute to budgeting processes, third-party reporting, and analytical projects
- Work with both Central and Label teams on operational and strategic initiatives

- Analytical mindset with curiosity about the music and entertainment business
- Ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture across departments
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Available to work in office Monday to Thursday with one day working from home
