Chanel's Global Corporate Information Security team is seeking support to drive their cyber-transformation roadmap. You'll work within an experienced transformation-focused group, helping to bridge business and technology priorities whilst managing security initiatives that reduce cyber risk across the organisation. This early-career role offers practical exposure to security process change management in an international setting.
What you’ll do
- Maintain project dashboards, KPIs, governance materials and documentation to track progress and ensure clear visibility
- Attend workshops and governance meetings to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate with project leads on planning, scheduling and delivery of assigned initiatives
- Monitor actions, milestones, risks and dependencies across global and local teams
- Analyse project data and produce reports to assess quality and identify process improvements
- Help streamline tracking systems and reporting mechanisms for efficiency
Eligibility
- Early-career professional keen to develop in cyber-security transformation and project management
- Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Comfortable with data analysis, reporting and attention to detail in documentation
- Willingness to learn security concepts and Chanel's transformation priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
