The LEGO Group is seeking a Marketing Finance & Budget Planning Intern to support their retail marketing team. You'll gain practical experience in budget management, financial planning, and reporting across global and regional operations. This structured, process-driven role suits someone keen to develop marketing operations and financial analysis skills within a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Track marketing budgets and expenses using planning tools, monitoring spend across global and regional teams
- Prepare and process purchase orders, logging them in the system and coordinating with vendors
- Reconcile actual marketing spend against approved budgets and flag variances
- Support invoice processing and month-end financial reviews with internal stakeholders
- Assist with vendor management activities and scope-of-works documentation
- Undertake administrative tasks as needed to support team operations
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older and legally entitled to work in the UK for the full 12-month duration
- Currently enrolled in higher education or equivalent training programme at the time of application
- Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with ability to follow regular monthly cycles
