What you’ll do
- Assist the Company Secretariat team with governance frameworks and compliance matters
- Support the delivery of high-quality company secretarial services
- Contribute to activities that enable effective business operations across the group
- Work with experienced professionals to develop knowledge of corporate governance practices
- Help maintain governance standards within a FTSE 100 environment
Eligibility
- Seeking to launch or develop a career in company secretarial practice or corporate governance
- Willing to learn specialist knowledge in compliance and governance frameworks
- Able to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
- Interest in supporting a defence, aerospace and engineering organisation
