This six-month trainee role offers hands-on experience in industrialization engineering, supporting the development and scaling of new food products within a multinational manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do
- Gather, compile and analyse production data to support new product development
- Assist in scaling new food products from concept to industrial production
- Build and maintain manufacturing instruction databases
- Monitor critical production batches on the factory floor
- Contribute to process improvements for spray drying equipment
Eligibility
- Currently studying or recently graduated in food engineering, chemistry or a closely related discipline
- Comfortable working with industrial equipment and understanding technical specifications
- Proficient in Excel with VB macro experience
- Able to communicate effectively with shop floor staff and senior leadership
- Problem-solving mindset with interest in innovation and continuous improvement
