What you’ll do
- Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to sales, lettings, and wider business operations
- Support agents and teams on live client transactions and property viewings
- Develop core property and customer service competencies through hands-on projects
- Contribute to day-to-day office and client-facing activities
- Complete structured learning and development activities throughout the year
Eligibility
- Recent graduate (any discipline considered)
- Genuine interest in real estate, property, and customer relationships
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Willingness to undertake a rotational, hands-on programme
