Brand Addition
Brand Addition designs and manufactures high-performance branded merchandise for global clients, spanning drinkware, apparel, tech accessories, and packaging. This graduate-level role offers hands-on involvement across the full product journey, from concept through production, working alongside an established buying team in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop and launch diverse merchandise ranges including clothing, bags, tech items, and packaging solutions
- Drive technical product solutions by working closely with design and sales colleagues to refine concepts
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from supplier sourcing and negotiation through to final production oversight
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to meet client and market demands
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong technical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with ownership of complex projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively across design, sales, and supply-chain functions
- Problem-solving mindset with drive to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes
