Bombardier operates a leading business aircraft maintenance and service facility near London, serving operators across the UK and beyond. You'll join the administrative and coordination team supporting a busy Base and Line Maintenance Centre, handling project documentation, parts management, and quality assurance tasks that keep complex aircraft maintenance operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Track project hours and compile maintenance data to support work scope planning and reporting
- Perform daily audits of work packages and verify all Service Variance Orders (SVOs) are in order
- Manage parts logistics, coordinate with materials department, and maintain the bay parts cage and returnable stock
- Assist certifying engineers with defect documentation, SAP entry, and QA form distribution to technicians
- Prepare and maintain Gemba board documentation and bay plans for team meetings
- Keep work areas and desk spaces organised and tidy to support operational efficiency
Eligibility
- Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy
- Self-motivated and reliable, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Effective communicator with good organisational and planning abilities
- Willingness to learn aerospace maintenance processes and quality procedures
