As a Graduate Compliance Associate, you'll join their Legal & Compliance team to safeguard client relationships and support business growth. You'll handle compliance monitoring, develop new policies, and advise service teams on regulatory requirements across multiple concurrent projects.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and process client requests through a compliance lens
- Develop and implement new compliance policies and products
- Identify potential regulatory or business risks before they escalate
- Train and support service delivery teams on compliance standards
- Provide day-to-day guidance and advice to colleagues across the organisation
- Manage multiple short and long-term compliance initiatives simultaneously

- Recent graduate or early-career professional seeking a compliance role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex rules clearly
