What you’ll do
- Spot and capitalise on opportunities to streamline operational workflows and remove inefficiencies
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions and automation tools to reduce manual, repetitive work
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Work across multiple departments—sales, aftersales, marketing, and finance—to roll out new technology
- Enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and systems integration
- Ensure teams adopt and make full use of newly implemented tools and processes
Eligibility
- Proven track record of delivering projects and driving operational change
- Strong understanding of technology, AI applications, and business process automation
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable with high visibility and direct engagement with senior leadership
- Results-focused mindset with ownership mentality
