What you’ll do
- Rotate through different departments to gain broad exposure to sales, lettings, and property management
- Support experienced agents and teams on live transactions and client interactions
- Contribute to business development and client relationship building activities
- Develop practical skills in property valuation, market analysis, and customer service
- Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge grows throughout the year
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or final-year student with interest in real estate
- Enthusiasm for property, business, and relationship-building
- Willingness to learn across all aspects of a dynamic property business
- Based in or able to relocate to Scotland
