Sigma Labs
Sigma Labs is a B Corp dedicated to developing early-career talent through intensive training and real-world experience. You'll complete a 15-week full-time bootcamp covering technical and professional skills, then work as a consultant with a client organisation for two years, with strong prospects of securing a permanent role.
What you’ll do
- Participate in hands-on training across coding fundamentals, data analytics, and professional development
- Work collaboratively within high-performance teams during the bootcamp phase
- Deliver consulting work for client organisations following the training period
- Apply newly acquired skills in real business environments and client projects
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch your career
- Willingness to commit to 15 weeks of full-time intensive training
- Readiness to relocate or work with clients potentially across the UK
- Interest in either technical roles (coding, data analytics) or non-technical consulting positions
