Altus Group is a real estate advisory firm seeking an Analyst to join their Valuation & Advisory team. You'll support the review and oversight of commercial property portfolios for institutional clients across the UK and Europe, working with senior colleagues to ensure valuations are robust and market-informed.
What you’ll do
- Review valuation reports and financial models using ARGUS software and Excel
- Conduct market research and analyse portfolio and asset-level data
- Support preparation of client deliverables and reports for major real estate funds
- Collaborate with internal teams, external valuers, and institutional clients
- Assist in validating valuation accuracy and consistency across multiple asset classes
Eligibility
- Early-career professional ready to develop commercial real estate valuation expertise
- Competent in Excel and willingness to learn ARGUS software
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members and external stakeholders
