Chanel is seeking a support professional to join its Global Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. You'll contribute to cyber risk management across the organisation, working on third-party security monitoring, risk analytics, and compliance initiatives alongside experienced InfoSec colleagues.
What you’ll do
- Assist with cyber security training and awareness programmes across the business
- Monitor and track third-party supplier security assessments, analyse data, and support remediation efforts
- Help implement and maintain the risk management and GRC software platform
- Support third-party security audits and assurance activities following established procedures
- Document and organise InfoSec processes and maintain the central process repository
- Work across InfoSec teams to strengthen security partnerships within the organisation
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Quick learner with analytical mindset, positive attitude, and professional approach
- Fluent English speaker; knowledge of regional languages (e.g. French) is helpful but not essential
