Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of FTSE100 group Spirax, is seeking an HR support professional for a 12-month fixed-term placement. This Year in Industry opportunity offers hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment and employee administration within a fast-growing industrial engineering company.
What you’ll do
- Manage HR administration including employee records, system updates, documentation and filing
- Generate HR reports, presentations and management information to support decision-making
- Assist with recruitment processes: interview scheduling, candidate contact and new starter paperwork
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new employees
- Support payroll liaison, purchase order processing and invoice management
Eligibility
- Undergraduate student available for a 12-month Year in Industry placement
- Organised with attention to detail for HR administration and data management
- Able to support multiple HR functions under guidance of HR Advisor
- Interested in gaining practical HR operations experience in a multinational setting
