The Associate role is a client-facing position in a fast-paced commercial environment, designed to accelerate your career growth within a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients including private equity firms, hedge funds and consultancies
- Identify and connect clients with specialist experts who can provide tailored business intelligence
- Support the end-to-end delivery of research projects and advisory engagements
- Communicate complex insights clearly to decision-makers via phone and in-person meetings
- Contribute to business development and new client acquisition
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting ideas confidently both verbally and face-to-face
- Competitive drive with ambition to develop quickly in a commercial environment
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, collaborative setting
- Interest in financial services, investment research or advisory work
