What you’ll do
- Analyse data and apply analytics to support insurance pricing decisions
- Contribute to pricing models and strategies within your assigned team
- Help identify opportunities to improve fairness and customer outcomes through data insights
- Support cross-functional initiatives in areas such as risk pricing or account management
- Work collaboratively within teams focused on colleagues, customers, company, and community impact
Eligibility
- Entry-level background; this is not a traditional graduate scheme but an analyst position
- Ability to work in an analytical role using data and insights
- Willingness to work hybrid arrangements (Bexhill or Leicester location, one day per week on-site)
- Interest in insurance, pricing, or data-driven decision-making
