Sherwin-Williams, a global paint and coatings manufacturer, is offering an 18-month graduate sales programme within their General Industrial Division. You'll develop core commercial skills through structured training, mentorship, and real-world customer engagement, with a clear pathway towards field sales, account management, and leadership roles.
What you’ll do
- Build and nurture customer relationships to understand their needs and drive repeat business
- Support sales activities and contribute to revenue growth across assigned accounts or territories
- Participate in product knowledge training and industry familiarisation within the industrial coatings sector
- Work alongside experienced mentors to develop commercial acumen and sales techniques
- Assist with business development initiatives and market opportunity identification
Eligibility
- Recent graduate (or final-year student) with ambition to build a commercial sales career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexibility to engage in on-site and field-based work as part of hands-on development
