Leeds Beckett University
Leeds Beckett University's Centre for Psychological Research is seeking undergraduate interns to contribute to health and social care research projects. This 24-week, part-time internship (funded by NIHR) offers hands-on experience across psychology and speech & language therapy, working alongside experienced academic supervisors on topics ranging from neuropsychological support to stroke recovery and health inequalities.
What you’ll do
- Develop and refine research questions under supervisor guidance
- Conduct literature searches and reviews to support project work
- Participate in qualitative data analysis and mixed methods research
- Engage in patient and public involvement activities
- Support creative dissemination and communication of research findings
Eligibility
- Current 2nd-year undergraduate student at Leeds Beckett University
- Study a health or social care related degree programme
- Interest in health and social care research
- Willingness to work part-time over 24 weeks
