The Client Services Associate role offers rapid career progression in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you'll support client engagement and expert network management.
What you’ll do
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients and investment professionals
- Source, vet and onboard industry experts to support client research requests
- Manage client communications across phone, email and video platforms
- Support the delivery of research projects and facilitate expert consultation sessions
- Contribute to business development and client retention initiatives
Eligibility
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting and negotiating
- Commercial mindset with competitive drive and ambition to progress quickly
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Based in the UK and able to work flexibly as required
