This 12-month fixed-term placement supports their HR Data Insights team, focusing on reporting, analytics, and data management to help streamline HR operations across multiple business units and regions.
What you’ll do
- Build HR reports and dashboards using various analytics platforms and tools for divisional, regional, and departmental use
- Collect, organise and analyse HR data from HCM systems, global dashboards and external sources to ensure accuracy and quality
- Create data visualisations and presentations to communicate insights to HR stakeholders
- Produce routine and standard reports on a regular schedule and distribute them across the organisation
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency
Eligibility
- Currently completing the second year of an undergraduate degree
- Enrolled on a programme that requires a 12-month placement year
- Comfortable working with data analysis tools and HCM platforms
- Able to liaise with HR stakeholders across multiple global locations
