This graduate apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in the Development Officer role, supporting delivery of approximately 1800 new homes over five years.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to planning and delivery of diverse housing development projects across different tenures
- Assist Development Officers with project management and site coordination activities
- Support the processing of housing schemes from conception through to completion
- Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain delivery standards
- Gain practical knowledge of the residential development lifecycle
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or final-year student seeking structured apprenticeship training
- Interest in housing development, construction, or related built environment field
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to learning and developing professional skills in development management
