What you’ll do
- Partner with client organisations to design and deliver employee research projects
- Analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for organisational change
- Combine listening technology and consulting expertise to shape employee experience strategies
- Collaborate with analysts, designers and data scientists to develop integrated solutions
- Support delivery of engagement programmes across Financial Services, Energy, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Public Sector clients
Eligibility
- Driven by data and insight with a passion for understanding workplace dynamics
- Ability to work effectively within a consulting team environment and across cross-functional groups
- Experience or strong interest in employee research, organisational consulting or related field
- Capable of translating complex research into clear, business-focused recommendations
