What you’ll do
- Contribute to the design and implementation of outcomes-based education and skills funds
- Support partners in transforming how education programmes are financed and delivered
- Drive systems-level change initiatives across multiple regions
- Collaborate with governments, international financial institutions, and UN agencies on strategic priorities
- Provide advisory and management support to education and skills initiatives
Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in education financing, fund management, or sustainable development
- Ability to work effectively in mission-driven, high-performing team environments
- Understanding of systems change and development impact across complex contexts
- Ability to engage with diverse global partners including governments and multilateral institutions
- Experience working in developing or challenging operational environments an advantage
