Algomarketing partners with major global tech companies like Google, Cisco, and OpenAI to deliver AI-powered marketing and sales enablement across multiple regions. You'll join their enablement team supporting a global SaaS enterprise, coordinating training and development programmes that equip sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and deliver regional sales enablement programmes covering product onboarding, launches, and skills training
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely programme execution
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to align enablement with business priorities
- Track programme adoption and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Support both global strategy and local market customisation of enablement initiatives
Eligibility
- Entry-level candidate or early-career professional seeking a programme coordination role
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience in sales enablement, programme delivery, or related function is a plus
- Based in or available to work in the EMEA region
