These internship roles provide foundational HR experience with exposure to data management, talent processes, and employee relations, with potential for longer-term career development within the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Manage HR data and reporting using internal systems (MCT HRIS and People Connect), maintaining accurate records of starters, leavers and organisational changes
- Analyse and improve HR processes through Excel, Power BI and AI tools, producing monthly reports and monthly org charts
- Support HR Business Partners with talent reviews, calibration exercises and annual intern recruitment and onboarding
- Provide general HR support on policy, benefits and processes; liaise with HR Operations on payroll and HR queries
- Coordinate learning and training initiatives aligned with departmental and site objectives
Eligibility
- Early-career or student-level candidate seeking HR internship experience
- Comfortable with data management and comfortable using spreadsheet and reporting tools
- Interest in HR generalist functions including talent, employee relations and benefits
- Ability to support multiple HR projects and work across different HR disciplines
