Heineken is a major drinks business operating breweries, cider production, and a substantial pub estate across the UK. You'll join the Supply Chain team as an Engineering Project Manager, driving process and equipment improvements across their brewery operations.
What you’ll do
- Lead development and implementation of new processes and equipment within brewery facilities
- Manage engineering projects from conception through to delivery
- Work with the Engineering Manager to oversee improvements to production systems
- Collaborate across teams to modernise brewery operations
- Drive operational efficiency and capability enhancement initiatives
Eligibility
- Project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Understanding of brewery or industrial production processes
- Ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
- Based in or willing to work across UK brewery locations
