You'll work across diverse project types including fire safety upgrades, retirement housing, rental developments, retail spaces, and educational facilities. What you’ll do
- Manage and support commercial consultancy projects across multiple sectors
- Contribute to fire remediation, senior living, build-to-rent, and education development initiatives
- Work alongside experienced team members to develop technical and management skills
- Attend corporate graduate training sessions delivered by national industry experts
- Participate in on-site and office-based project activities
Eligibility
- Recently graduated or holding early-career experience in relevant field
- Building Surveying background preferred
- Ability to work in the office at least 4 days per week initially
- Commitment to pursuing APC or APM professional qualification
- Willingness to develop within a supportive team environment
