Ardian is a leading global private investment firm managing substantial assets across Private Equity, Real Assets and Credit for institutional and private clients worldwide. You'll join the Secondaries & Primaries team as an IT project support specialist, bridging investment operations with technology delivery.
What you’ll do
- Oversee IT projects from initial requirements gathering through testing and deployment for the investment team
- Manage specifications, test protocols and implementation plans for upgrades and new system modules
- Provide technical support and training to end users on new and updated IT solutions
- Liaise regularly with the central IT department to track project progress and resolve blockers
- Document project requirements and ensure deliverables align with investment team needs
Eligibility
- Experience managing IT projects or supporting technology implementations
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Comfortable working with databases and investment operations systems
- Excellent communication skills to work across investment and IT teams
- Organised approach to managing multiple concurrent projects
