Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Temporary Works Supervisor to support the coordination and oversight of temporary structures and systems on construction sites. You'll be the on-site lead for ensuring all temporary works are erected, maintained, and dismantled safely and in line with approved designs and regulations.
What you’ll do
- Work with the Temporary Works Coordinator to maintain clear communication and ensure compliance across all temporary works activities
- Verify that temporary works follow approved design documentation and procedures before and during installation
- Oversee erection, use, maintenance, and removal of temporary structures under your responsibility
- Conduct inspections at key construction stages and manage ongoing maintenance according to the approved schedule
- Report any deviations, design changes, or unforeseen site conditions to the Coordinator and Designer
- Perform final safety checks and issue permits to load, proceed, or unload once temporary works are confirmed safe
Eligibility
- Experience supervising temporary works on construction sites
- Understanding of temporary works design documentation and safety compliance requirements
- Ability to inspect and verify construction activities against approved specifications
- Strong communication skills to liaise with coordinators, designers, and site teams
- Familiarity with inspection, maintenance regimes, and permit-to-load procedures
