As a Graduate Land Referencer, you'll support the delivery of major projects that help transition toward Net Zero by managing stakeholder relationships and preparing statutory consent documentation.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the main contact between project teams, affected parties and local communities
- Prepare and compile Books of Reference for Development Consent Orders and Compulsory Purchase Orders
- Coordinate land access and community liaison activities on high-profile infrastructure schemes
- Support environmental and planning consent processes
- Manage information flow and documentation across multiple project stakeholders
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop expertise in land and infrastructure sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to liaise with diverse stakeholder groups
- Organised and detail-oriented approach to documentation and statutory compliance
- Interest in sustainable infrastructure and Net Zero energy transition projects
