Arabelle Solutions is an energy and power generation company focused on developing sustainable solutions for current and future needs. This one-year fixed-term internship offers recent engineering graduates the chance to work within the Commercial and Project Management division, gaining practical experience across multiple business functions whilst working alongside experienced professionals in a sector-leading organisation.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyse data to support commercial and project management decisions across the business
- Contribute to the development of service execution strategies for upgrade and complex opportunities over a 3–5 year timeframe
- Support process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives aimed at operational excellence
- Assist with product qualification activities and related technical assessments
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and deliver business improvements
- Work collaboratively with teams across various departments to solve problems using data-driven approaches
Eligibility
- Recent graduate with an engineering background or equivalent qualification
- Interest in commercial management and project management disciplines
- Ability to work analytically and interpret data to inform business decisions
- Willingness to learn Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement techniques
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively across teams
