BlackRock, a global asset management leader, runs a year-long placement programme designed for 2029 graduates whose courses require an extended internship. You'll embed within a dedicated team, contribute meaningfully to real projects, and experience the company's working culture whilst building expertise in investment management.
What you’ll do
- Work directly with your assigned team on defined projects and objectives
- Contribute to asset management operations and strategy work
- Develop technical and professional skills in a structured environment
- Support team initiatives aligned to your function area
Eligibility
- Due to graduate in 2029 with a degree requirement for a long-term internship
- Apply to only one programme and up to two functions (e.g. Investment Research, Analytics & Modelling)
- Prepared to complete a pre-interview assessment within five days of application
- Able to commit to the full 12-month placement duration
