Compare the Market is a financial services company dedicated to helping people make confident money decisions. This 10-week placement offers hands-on experience in Learning & Development, where you'll support the design and delivery of learning programmes that build organisational capability across topics like AI, data literacy and emerging skills.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and support delivery of learning programmes, events and capability initiatives
- Create engaging digital learning content, including presentations, toolkits, guides and visual materials
- Maintain and update learning content across digital platforms and systems
- Research learning trends, emerging technologies and best practice to inform programme development
- Assist with producing reports and insights on learning activity and programme effectiveness
Eligibility
- Curious, organised and creative with a genuine eagerness to learn
- No prior L&D experience needed — enthusiasm and willingness to develop are key
- Strong interest in understanding how organisations build skills and capability at scale
- Ability to work collaboratively with the L&D team and support multiple projects
