Berrys is a multi-disciplinary property and land consultancy operating across the Midlands. They provide planning, architecture, building surveying, valuation and business advisory services. This role offers exposure to diverse projects whilst working in a collaborative but intimate team environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage your own portfolio of planning and development projects
- Support planning applications, appeals and site promotion work
- Contribute to projects ranging from self-build homes to large strategic developments
- Develop specialist expertise in areas that interest you
- Work alongside surveyors, engineers, planners and architects
Eligibility
- Relevant qualification or experience in planning, surveying, architecture or related built environment discipline
- Ability to manage projects with some autonomy
- Interest in expanding skills across the property and development sector
- Based in or willing to work from the Midlands region
