Ecolab is a multinational leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions, serving nearly three million customers globally across food, healthcare, hospitality and industrial sectors. This is a structured 12-month development programme designed to equip early-career professionals with the skills and knowledge to progress into a Territory Manager role, combining classroom learning, virtual training and on-the-job support.
What you’ll do
- Complete a structured curriculum covering sales, product knowledge and customer management principles
- Work alongside experienced Territory Managers to learn field-based practices and client engagement
- Develop understanding of Ecolab's solutions across food safety, hygiene, water optimisation and sustainability
- Participate in classroom and virtual learning sessions throughout the 12-month cycle
- Build foundations for managing a customer territory and driving business growth
Eligibility
- Early-career professional keen to learn and develop within a sales and customer-facing environment
- Ability to start from 1st October 2026
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to engage with structured training and hands-on mentoring
