Lomond is a large national network of property sales and lettings agents with nearly 3,000 staff. This is a structured one-year graduate programme designed to introduce you to the real estate sector, with guaranteed permanent employment upon completion.
What you’ll do
- Rotate through different departments to gain exposure across sales, lettings, and wider business operations
- Undertake hands-on property and client-facing tasks alongside experienced professionals
- Contribute to live projects and client relationships from the outset
- Build foundational knowledge of the UK property market and agency practices
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or final-year student with interest in property and real estate
- Enthusiasm for working with people and understanding property markets
- Willingness to learn across multiple business areas
- Ability to commit to a 37.5-hour working week
