Gartner is a research and advisory firm. As a Client Success Associate, you'd be part of a team dedicated to ensuring clients get maximum value from their Gartner subscriptions. You'll help clients understand how Gartner's services can address their business challenges and support their decision-making.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from executives to operational staff
- Onboard new clients and guide them through Gartner services and tools
- Help clients achieve their goals using their subscription, driving satisfaction and retention
- Identify client business priorities and recommend relevant Gartner products and support
- Encourage broader engagement across client teams to maximise subscription value
