JCDecaux Group seeks a warehouse coordinator to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement. You'll manage inbound, outbound, and stock movements while working with warehouse systems and performance data, developing expertise in process optimisation and logistics that sets you up for future advancement in supply chain roles.
What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Maintain accurate transaction records and data integrity across warehouse systems and WMS platforms
- Identify and help resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow
- Generate performance reports and monitor key metrics including stock accuracy and team productivity
- Serve as a power user of warehouse management systems, ensuring consistent data quality
Eligibility
- Interest in or background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Ability to work systematically with data and warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
- Commitment to developing expertise in process improvement and operational analysis
