Albourne Partners Limited is seeking an IT Intern to join their London Victoria office and support the wider global IT team. You'll develop hands-on experience in helpdesk support, equipment management, and technical troubleshooting whilst working alongside experienced systems administrators in a 280+ person organisation.
What you’ll do
- Provide first-line helpdesk support to office staff, handling desktop and laptop issues
- Manage IT equipment lifecycle tasks including Windows installation, data wiping, inventory tracking, and recycling preparation
- Troubleshoot technical problems across Windows 11, Microsoft Office, email, internet connections and hardware peripherals
- Maintain office IT infrastructure including desk setups, cable management and meeting room equipment standards
- Document, log and track support requests and technical issues through to resolution
- Assist with general office duties such as phone reception and visitor management
Eligibility
- Hold a relevant degree or IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals, or ITIL v4
- Able to work five days per week on-site at the London office
- Strong problem-solving mindset with genuine interest in IT support
- Excellent customer service skills with patience and ability to multitask effectively
