Bank of America's Investment Banking division seeks talented individuals for an Off-cycle Analyst programme. You'll gain broad exposure to corporate finance, M&A advisory, and capital markets work across industry, product, and regional coverage teams spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. What you’ll do
- Support investment banking teams on mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged finance transactions
- Assist with corporate finance and capital markets advisory for clients across various sectors
- Contribute to deal analysis, financial modelling, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with colleagues across industry teams (consumer, technology, healthcare, financial institutions, real estate, and others)
- Engage with regional EMEA offices and gain exposure to multiple coverage teams
Eligibility
- Early-career professional or recent graduate ready to develop investment banking expertise
- Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in an office-based environment with flexibility based on business needs
- Commitment to learning and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture
