Lomond is a large national property network with nearly 3,000 professionals across sales and lettings. This one-year graduate programme offers structured training and rotational experience across the business, with a guaranteed permanent role upon completion.
What you’ll do
- Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to sales, lettings, and core business operations
- Support agents and teams on live property transactions and client interactions
- Contribute to business activities whilst learning industry practices and processes
- Develop practical skills in property management, valuation, and customer relations
- Participate in training and mentoring from experienced professionals
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a passion for property and real estate
- Strong interest in people, customer service, and placemaking
- Willing to commit to a one-year rotational graduate scheme
- Based near or willing to work in the Manchester area
