What you’ll do
- Lead or support business change initiatives across the organisation
- Analyse operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage implementation of change programmes and track outcomes
- Collaborate with intelligence and security teams on organisational priorities
- Document change requirements and communicate with stakeholders
Eligibility
- Experience in business change, project management, or organisational development
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (standard requirement for GCHQ)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Flexibility to work within security-sensitive environments with limited remote access
