What you’ll do
- Contribute to technical and product development projects within the food manufacturing setting
- Support quality assurance activities and food safety protocols
- Work on real business challenges alongside experienced team members
- Apply academic knowledge to practical manufacturing scenarios
- Develop technical competencies through mentored hands-on experience
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- Seeking a formal undergraduate placement year as part of degree requirements
- Strong passion for food quality and the food industry
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities with analytical mindset
- Own access to transport to reach the Downpatrick site; ability to work independently and collaboratively
