Sony Music Publishing represents songwriters and composers globally, distinct from the recorded music division. You'd join the International Legal & Business Affairs team as an intern, supporting licensing, legal documentation, and administrative workflows across a network spanning Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
What you’ll do
- Manage diaries and schedules for the International Legal & Business Affairs leadership
- Coordinate licensing approvals and workflows across multiple global affiliate offices
- Maintain legal documentation, databases and workflow tracking systems
- Handle correspondence, invoices, expenses and meeting administration
- Support sync licensing team activities and international business processes
Eligibility
- Seeking an intern position; this is the first year the programme has been offered
- Based in or able to commute to London; office attendance required Monday to Thursday
- Interest in music publishing, rights management or legal business affairs
- Organised with strong administrative and coordination skills
